Jack O’lantern & Spiced Pumpkin Seeds
Now that it’s officially fall I could not help but make the first Jack O’lantern of the season. Waste not my friends – make some spiced pumpkin seeds with the brains you find inside your pumpkin creation.
Spicy Baked Pumpkin Seeds – Recipe:
1 5lb – Pumpkin
1 tsp – Cinnamon, Curry Powder, Ginger, Salt, Peper– Separate seeds from pumpkin and rinse off. Drain.
– Dab seeds dry with towel.
– Mix in 5 Spices.
– Spread seeds flat on cookie sheet and bake at 350° for 5 min.
– Take out and flip seeds – bake again for another 5min.
– Let cool and Snack!

A perfect event to enter into fall; a great Car Show. Featured by the Automotive High School in Greenpoint Brooklyn this was a nice selection of muscle and classic cars. Have to love a classic Cadillac!
