So Williamsburg / Greenpoint area is quickly becoming saturated with “Luxury” Condos/Lofts/Apartments – They all look very nice and are cleaning up some of the larger abandoned buildings… but at the same time the majority of them are close to empty because of the high prices to buy and the in ability to just rent.
