| Always nice to have someone to cook with, especially when it’s a lazy weekend brunch.
Andrew and I made everything from scratch, including the drop biscuits. All ingredients are local and sourced from the Greenpoint Green Market and Greenpoint Cheese and Meat (not the berries).
Complete meal:
- Drop Biscuits with tarragon
- Sunny Side Egg
- Hen of the Woods Mushroom and Onion
- Spinach, Raspberries, Marinated Feta with Balsamic and EVOO.
