| A nice surprise after brunch, courtesy of Evan, was a trip to Glaser’s Bake Shop. At first glance Glaser’s is a beauty of old New York City Charm, but once you walk into the shop you are truly transported back. Inside, Large hand made case line the shop where bread and baked goods are on display. The two bakers behind the counter knew the customers in front of us by name and on our way out a long time customer in his car chatted us up about his favorite treat. Sorry to say the only photo I took was the outside of the shop, the black and white cookie didn’t last long.
