Salvation Burger

Salvation Burger does not fall short of its heavenly reputation. Being the burger connoisseur that I am, there is never a need for an excuse, but always a constant quest to eat a great burger!

Together with my burger buddies, Hannah (@hlbiddle) and Carolyn (@carobaker1), we set out to try the entire range of the Salvation Burger menu.

Decor

So secret or not, I have a fondness for cows and a love for eating them in between two buns. It is a very ambivalent feeling that I am still trying to work out. However, the decor is just the right kitschy combination of burgers everywhere and cows in between. Nearly every nook and cranny has something fun to chuckle at.

Patties de résistance

Time to get down to the real reason this post exists, the burgers. The namesake Salvation Burger is 110% worth the hype. Every note from the toppings, to the condiments, the burger blend, to the perfectly medium-rare cooking done by wood fire, was absolutely on point. The burger was just the right size to fill you up, but not to the point of bursting, and it practically melted in your mouth. The classic burger was also good, therefore I am pretty sure you could not go wrong with any choice. The fries were crispy, and there are cocktails on tab – enough said… or is it?

Pies, Pies, oh the Pies

Just when you thought you were done, the Salvation Burger menu continues with a very good selection of sweet desserts. I have to say the apple pie and ice cream was my favorite, but all of the pies (we literally tried them all) were very good…although we forgot the names shortly after ordering them LOL!

Conclusion

Salvation Burger is a bovine deification sanctuary worth the pilgrimage. Any burger fanatic will leave happy, but not until they’ve had a dessert, or three!
