| For my 30th birthday in 2017, I was told I had to “do it big”. A concept I have never really been into for my birthday celebrations. However, being the big three zero, I decided to give it a shot.

New York party invite logic dictates you invite twice the number of people you want to attend to the party. I wanted to invite around 20-30 people to show up but I broke the invite rule and only invited 35. In the end 20 of my closest friends (and angel) attended.

Here are some 30th Birthday Party Stats:

• 30 different bottles of bubbly (champagne) + 2 extra brought
• 15 bottles of bubbly consumed
• 30 balloons order
• 30 champagnes glasses (used and taken home as party gifts)
• 30 personalized champagne glass 24kg charms
• 65 mini cheese burger sliders
• 12 cupcakes
• 2 birthday cakes
• 30 brownie bites (thanks Hannah)
• 30 ft. Gold Streamer Curtain

In the end the party was a huge success and I am so thankful to enter this new decade of my life with such a positive start. I hope that my friends stay with me for many more exciting experiences in 2018.
