Idea Cloud #12 || 12/12 /2011 || 10:30 PM
Sorry for the delayed posts – just been crazy with holiday things. I’ve been really wrapped up in simple patterns recently – this time they are in a spiral.

Sorry for the delayed posts – just been crazy with holiday things. I’ve been really wrapped up in simple patterns recently – this time they are in a spiral.

This idea cloud is a little space-y again… I was just randomly sketching things people had walking by or things that I just randomly thought of. I also bought the Legend of Zelda : Skyward sword this week and it was awesome! LOL

During a semi-stressful Holiday I managed to get back on track with my Idea Cloud work on the weekend. This is going to be a big week! I start a new job on Tuesday and i’m super excited! Will miss some people at Cockpit but I needed to advance in my career. Fingers crossed for some new and exciting work!
This idea cloud was just some justification – I had this thought in my head that I was just doing sketches as I did in Highschool while bored in class. Now I do it to unwind after my busy work week. Thought i’d make a theme of the whole page!
Missed posting this Idea Cloud on the exact day, but I want to keep this up so here goes it. Was very side tracked with this one and worked on it periodically all weekend – it the most scatter brained collection of randomness yet..

Adding to my triangle and alchemy posts!
It’s strange to think in my sophomore year of hight school I was asked to build a collage of junk material and then create a still-life sketch from it. I remember scouring my house and not being able to find anything so i went out to the barn. I ended up collecting a CD, soda can, piece of scrap tin, a ball of paper, and a piece of wood.
Maybe I felt everything had a purpose then but now i feel like i’ve collected too much out of impulse. It’s strange to think that the older I get the more junk I seem to find; Not only that but how much harder it becomes to keep junk separated from the rest.
